Lewis Tulsa, OK 74136 Dear Mark Owens: I am an eager subscriber to COLLECTOR EDITIONS, as well as an eager collector. More importantly, however, I am an eager writ er-photographer of antiques and collectibles. I have available for photoessays the following subjects which may fit the focus of COLLECTOR EDITIONS. 1. DOCTOR FIGURINES: a collection of about 20 figurines cutting across all manufacturers' lines, including one from the Venere Collection of Capodimonte, another one from the Rockwell collec tion, another one from Lladro, Emmet Kelly, etc. 2. Advanced collections of various lines of Royal Doulton. I have already written an article on Royal Doulton character jugs which will appear this fall in the Antique Trader. Now, however, this same collector has amassed wonderful new collections of antique Royal Doulton stoneware and Royal Doulton King's Ware, either one of which, or both, would make a gorgeous photoessay. Of course, I could do one on Toby Jugs, also. 3. An advanced collection of Meissen porcelain. Do any of these subjects interest you? Or is there any other subject I could do for you? I am open for assignments. In this area of northwest suburban Chicago, there are innumerable collectors with enough money to collect anything. Please find attached copies of published clips, my curriculum vitae, and list of publications. Also, please find a partial list of collections available to me for photoessays. 83 ŠPage 2. Please do not return this material but keep it on file for your future reference. Also, please watch the newsstand for a spring issue of COUNTRY LIVING in which I will have a photoessay on Torquay pottery mottoware. May I hear from you? Sincerely, June Grayson Encl.
